Footprints Community Group

Footprints Community Group was formed by a group of mums living on the estates around St Marks Hall in Rochford. They recognised the need for young people in their area to have the opportunity to be involved in positive activities and decided to do something about it.

Footprints Youth Club

The youth club is for young people aged 10 and upwards. It normally runs on Friday evenings at St Marks Hall from 7.30 until 10.00. Activities include disco, pool, air hockey, dance mats, PS2, table football and a tuck shop. At present, the youth club is taking a break so please contact us for further details.

MiniPrints

MiniPrints is just what it says - a slightly cut down version of the youth club for children aged from 6 to 11. It runs fortnightly on Thursday evenings at St Marks Hall from 5.00 until 6.30.

Footprints Xtra

Footprints Xtra offers extra activities for young people. These have included trips to Adventure Island and to Chessington and visits to Stubbers Adventure Centre (including a 5 day stay). Footprints has recently teamed up with The Taxi Drivers Charity Fund For Children and organised outings to Clacton, London and the pantomime.

Summer Holiday Programmes

Footprints co-operated with Extended Schools to run a summer holiday programme in 2005. During the summer of 2007 they ran a graffiti programme in conjunction with a local developer and with funding from Essex Police.
